The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not amended its policies regarding the manufacturing, packaging and shipping of cosmetic products since 1938, but this will change come Dec. 29 with the establishment of the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA).  Forwarders will now have to comply with the new regulations.  DSV recently announced its notice […]
